What We Collect

No Context collects Slack messages from channels you connect to the app. We process these messages to detect out-of-context quotes and generate artwork. We store quote text, generated images, and workspace metadata.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the No Context service — detecting quotes and generating art. We do not sell, share, or use your data for training AI models.

Data Storage

Data is stored securely in encrypted databases. Slack bot tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Generated images are stored in cloud storage accessible only to your workspace.

Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service. Active workspace data (quotes, generated images, and workspace metadata) is retained while your workspace has the app installed. Slack message content used for quote detection is processed in real-time and is not stored beyond the extracted quote text. Slack bot tokens are retained only while the app is installed. When you uninstall the app, your workspace is marked as inactive and all associated bot tokens are invalidated immediately. Inactive workspace data (quotes, images, and metadata) is automatically deleted within 90 days of uninstallation. You may request immediate deletion of all your data at any time by contacting support.
